Did you know that using a Real estate Agent while selling your home can actually catch you more cash on your sales price typically 26% more than selling on your own. Also a realtor can help negotiate repairs and other things that come, that may arise! Most FSBO sellers get a buyer (which there are a lot less buyers looking to do a fsbo..) and then the buyer makes an offer with a reduced price. (As most fsbo buyers offer the price with the reduction of realtor fees) And usually the buyer will get a better bargain. Leaving you the seller with less money than if you used a trusted realtor. Also most fsbo’s get stuck making/ paying for repairs, which is even less money!
